I went into 2020 wanting to add more yoga to my workout rotation and was doing well, going to 1 yoga class a week or every week and a half at least and then quarantine hit. Luckily @alomoves has hundreds of different yoga/ mindfulness/ barre/ fitness classes so I can meditate & do a session in the morning then drag @chunuonsee16 onto a mat next to me for an evening stretching session too 😊🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♂️ Honestly my workouts have been helping to keep me sane in all this and the yoga/ mindfulness classes have been helping to keep me more open and positive as the days continue to roll by. What have you all been doing to stay active?
